My (Open-Source) Software Projects

I am an avid software developer and have a few open source projects, mainly developed as tools for researchers.

• fnirsPy – A Python wrapper for MNE that makes fNIRS data analysis easier and standardized.
• spike_video – A Python application that creates different animated plots from electrophysiology data to be synchronsed and added to a video.
• Tangram – A Tangram environment in Python for Reinforcement Learning experiments.
• ImageGrid – A PIL wrapper in Python that enables registering images to grids that can used for Reinforcement Learning experiments.
• fuzzy-logic – A fuzzy logic library for use in navigation of wheeled robots.
